FlexTecs is redefining the global payment accuracy/recovery audit market, serving over 50 retail and commercial clients across North America, UK, Europe and Asia. Over the last three years, the company has doubled in growth annually and with that comes the need to expand and grow infrastructure. Consequently, its two-person IT department was struggling to keep up. FlexTecs also needed the ability to manage the entire network more efficiently including reducing troubleshooting and costly network engineering time.
Aventis Systems handled all hardware and software for the FlexTecs network implementation. As part of this, it helped the company gain access to the enterprise-grade features of Cisco Meraki while also reducing the IT department’s burden since Aventis now takes care of any IT issues that may arise. In order to attain Gold Partner status, a partner must successfully complete Microsoft technical exams to prove their expertise, as well as a customer reference check performed independently by Microsoft.
