Director of IT Services Delivery

Aventis Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a seasoned technology professional with proven management skills and a strategic mindset for building internal processes and custom solutions in the SMB IT space. The candidate’s leadership and technology skills will ensure the establishment and sustainability of the Company’s IT Services Department that will support the Company’s cloud and managed services offering.

National Account Manager

Aventis Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a high performing Account Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with the Company’s most valuable customers in order to identify and develop revenue opportunities. The selected candidate will be required to understand the Company’s product and services portfolio, as well as value proposition in order to increase market share and brand loyalty with the Company’s customers and prospects. S/he will need to be fluent in account profiling and planning, making high impact sales calls, and opportunity conversion.

Sales Development Representative

Aventis Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an entry level Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for assisting National Account Managers with establishing and building strong relationships with both current and prospective clients with the ultimate goal of identifying and developing revenue opportunities. The selected candidate will be required to effectively articulate the Company’s value proposition as well as understand the Company’s product and services portfolio at a high level in order to increase market share and brand loyalty with both customers and prospects. Systems Administrator

The Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for day to day network administration for our Company and clients. They are responsible for maintaining network infrastructures along with performing any proactive or reactive work on client’s networks. The Systems and Network Administrator is also a point of escalation for day to day support tickets. This candidate is also required to mentor the helpdesk staff in order to help with overall team growth and be available at any other time they may be needed. Customer onsite travel occasionally required.
