Shipping Destinations

Aventis Systems currently ships online orders to all states within the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia. Please contact your Account Manager for questions regarding international orders at 1.855.AVENTIS (283.6847) or sales@aventissystems.com for more information.

Shipping Methods

Aventis Systems provides free shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground for all website orders shipped within the United States. Smaller items, such as memory, may ship via USPS. UPS, USPS, and Air Service is also available for an additional fee. Specific expedited shipping rates for your order are provided at checkout.

Additional shipping fees apply to all website orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia. Specific rates for Ground and Air Service to Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia are provided at checkout.

Customers are welcome to provide their shipping account number for direct billing to their account. A minor packaging/handling fee may still apply. If you are interested in this shipping method, please contact your Account Manager at 1.855.AVENTIS (283.6847) or sales@aventissystems.com.

Shipping Policies

  • Since systems require time for assembly and testing, most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement.
  • Shipments are sent to the specified shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Website orders can only be shipped to street addresses and PO boxes.
  • Shipments to APOs are available upon request. Please contact govtsales@aventissystems.com for more information.


All website orders can be tracked by clicking on “My Account” and then “Track Orders.” When your order has shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number.

You will receive a tracking number on your invoice for orders placed with your Account Manager. Tracking will also be sent to the email address of your choice.


Aventis Systems' shipping methods are among the safest in the industry. Below are the steps we use in packaging orders.

For servers, storage, and workstations:

  • Before the system is placed in the box, it is placed into a custom-fit foam mold to create a cushion on all sides.
  • Each system is then carefully placed in a custom-built, double-walled box.
  • The box is then closed and firmly taped.

For desktops, laptops, and components:
  • In the case of components, items are first placed in an anti-static bag to ensure safe handling.
  • Each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a custom-built, double-walled box with additional bubble wrap or foam to keep items secure during shipping.
  • The box is then closed and firmly taped.
