The Company selected several strategic additions to the management team that will foster the enhancement of sales operations and customer service. These include PJ Maggio, Director of Sales and Customer Service, and Customer Service Manager, Christopher Long. This expansion was spurred by the decision to focus on sales leadership and continue Aventis Systems’ proactive approach to customers and their technology needs, and offer best-in-class customer service.
Maggio will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s sales and customer service departments to accommodate Aventis Systems' aggressive 2015 growth targets and newest portfolio of Advanced IT Services. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience across multiple industries, Maggio has a strong background in employee management where he has developed, mentored, and coached staff to achieve outstanding results. Maggio was most recently Regional Sales Manager at HILTI, Inc. and prior to that was Director of Portable Handheld and Notebook Products for Motorola, Inc., where he was responsible for launching over twenty-five new products.
Christopher Long joins Aventis Systems as Customer Service Manager. In his new role, Long will oversee the Customer Service Department and Tier 1 technical support, ensuring the Company continues to deliver the best possible service. Long possesses over 11 years of experience in client-facing IT environments, with expertise in project management, process improvement, and employee development. Long was previously Support Center Manager for Leapfrog Services and Help Manager/Senior Project Implementation Specialist for Bibliotheca.
