Return Policy
You may only require simple instructions to correct a problem with your product. Please contact our Technical Support department toll-free at 1.855.AVENTIS (283.6847) to troubleshoot the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, your product will be repaired or replaced by Aventis Systems, Inc. under terms described in the Warranty Agreement.
Please follow the steps below for all returns and repairs:
Purchases may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs associated with returning the equipment.
Purchases may be cancelled within 1 business day of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee due to order fulfillment process.
All software purchases are final.
Advanced Exchange Policy
The
Aventis Express warranty is also available for purchase to bypass this process and receive free overnight shipping on all replacement part shipments. For more information on adding Aventis Express warranty coverage to products previously purchased from Aventis Systems, contact your Account Manager at 1.855.AVENTIS (283.6847) or sales@aventissystems.com.
