Advanced Exchange Policy

Standard exchange requires the returned defective part be received, before the replacement part is shipped. For those customers requiring accelerated parts replacement, Aventis Systems, Inc. is pleased to offer our customers an advanced exchange option as described below:

• A replacement part will be shipped prior to returning the defective part.
• A refundable deposit is required with the advanced exchange option.
• A shipping label will be included with replacement orders. The defective part should be returned using the shipping label provided.
• A full refund will be issued once the defective part has been returned.
• To be eligible for refund, all defective items must be returned within 30 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Aventis Express Warranty is also available for purchase to receive free overnight shipping on all replacement part shipments.
