The R100 Wireless VPN Router Series is designed to be an all-in-one, plug-and-play, solution for small businesses looking to share resources and access the internet securely. These models offer high performance connectivity to the internet, remote employees, and locations and fast access to data and files to keep office productivity at a maximum. Starting a business or branch? The R100 Wireless VPN Router Series are the perfect starting point for your first network. As part of the HP OfficeConnect portfolio they’re ready to scale with your business and will play nice with HP switches should you decide to deploy a server for centrally stored files or printers.

HP offers two models in the R100 Series - the HP R110 Wireless 11n VPN AM Router, and the HP R120 Wireless 11ac VPN AM Router. They offer a version of each model for the North American market, as well as separate versions for the worldwide market.

The primary difference between the HP R110 and the R120 is the wireless LAN Capabilities - with the R110 offering 802.11a/b/g/n and the R120 offering 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. Common features in the R100 series models include:
