Return Policy


We strive to complete each order with speed and accuracy. In the event that you have an issue with your purchase from Aventis Systems, Inc., please read the information below and do not hesitate to contact us.

You may only require simple instructions to correct a problem with your product. Please contact our technical support department toll-free at 1-866-714-9138 to troubleshoot the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, your product will be repaired or replaced by Aventis Systems, Inc. under terms described in the Warranty Agreement.

Please follow the steps below for all returns and repairs:

  • Contact Aventis Systems, Inc. by phone at 1-866-714-9138 or email helpdesk@aventissystems.com to troubleshoot the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, you will be provided a RMA form and instructions for return.
  • Complete the RMA form and include in the shipment with the exchanged product.
  • Aventis Systems, Inc. offers cross-shipping options for domestic customers; credit card information is required though. Please be advised that the exchanged product must be returned within 30 days with the proper RMA form to avoid being charged in full for that item.
  • We do not offer the cross-shipping option for international customers. International customers must pay for their own return shipping.

Purchases may only be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs associated with returning the equipment.

Purchases may be cancelled within 1 day of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee due to hours invested and parts purchased to fill the order.

Software cannot be returned for refund due to licensing policies.


Expedited RMA

In addition to the Aventis Systems, Inc. Standard Warranty, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to purchase an Expedited RMA Service as described below. The Expedited RMA Service stipulates all points in the Standard Warranty and adds the following information.

EXPEDITED RMA SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies to products purchased by you from Aventis Systems, Inc. with which you have purchased this Expedited RMA Service. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO YOU UNLESS, WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF RECEIVING THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PRODUCT, (i) YOU NOTIFY ASI IN WRITING THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE AND (ii) YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT UNDER ASI'S REFUND POLICY. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE. PLEASE SEE SECTION BELOW.

The Expedited Product RMA Service adds a next day air parts replacement option for up to 3 years of the standard warranty term to the purchased product. If the product comes with a 1 year parts replacement warranty, you may opt to purchase an extension to the 3 year standard warranty term. This Expedited RMA Service guarantees the shipment of replacement parts will be via next day air shipping. Next day air parts replacement guarantees next day shipment for all parts in stock. If replacement parts are not in stock, every effort is made to drop ship replacement parts next day air; however availability is not guaranteed. If part(s) are not available, they will ship the following day given availability.
