The Dell PowerEdge 1950 is a versatile dual socket 1U rackmount server ideal for just about any application, including virtualization. The PowerEdge 1950 can be equipped with up to two 64-bit dual or quad core VT enabled Intel Xeon processors, up to 64GB RAM and either two 3.5” or four 2.5” SATA, SAS or solid state drives, providing loads of scalability in a small rack footprint. With dual onboard gigabit NIC’s, and two PCIe slots, the PowerEdge 1950 has the connectivity to be deployed for any number of uses such as file/print, firewall, network storage node head, web, database, virtualization and other critical applications. Aventis Systems offers the PowerEdge 1950 server in two different chassis options: the 2.5” hard drive model, and the 3.5” hard drive model. Aventis Systems carries Aventis Certified Reconditioned Dell PowerEdge 1950 servers. All servers from Aventis System include a 3 year Comprehensive Warranty, with eligibility for optional Express warranties and onsite services.
